Global Evolution is a part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council in Conning Holding Limited Group (the majority shareholder of Global Evolution since June 2020). The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council leads our efforts in providing strategic direction on how we approach diversity, equity and inclusion as a company. The DEI Council is focused on growing diversity throughout our organization and helping the us become a place where all employees feel free to be their true selves and are afforded a fair and just opportunity for career advancement.
